It really sucks. If you saw my last post, my $1000 suspension upgrade will most likely be this winter or even later. I'm graduating in the spring and should hopefully find a decent job. I don't know how I'll handle the influx of money. Oh, a paycheck. I think I need e21 Recaros.

Honestly, sell your car and buy a Boss. Not even joking. I know you might want to make it yours, but when you want to sell it, the Boss will still be worth something. I really want to get a white 2012 Boss 302 in a few years and the only thing I'd do is put on the wheels you want. Americanmuscle.com is a dangerous place. I don't even have a Mustang and I know the wants.

Ya I hear ya, also you may want to look into a '13 BOSS cause of SYNC if the GOV'T has it way the '13 BOSS has Sync hands free stuff. As much as I love the look of the 12 I'll go with the tech of the 13

I'd still go with look. I just want the 2013 tail lights. My car doesn't have AC, a radio, or power anything. So, I think the 2012 will be just fine. Though the track gadgets in the 2013 do seem pretty cool.

Yep, I caught that post! I need to put about $400 worth of brakes on the Datsun and then another grand or so into suspension which it REALLY needs.

I have $150 saved so far haha college life and having no money AND a project car is hard.

I just made $1k and of course it's the same day I get my college bill. Between getting my calipers rebuilt, textbooks and a trip to VIR in August, it's already accounted for and my car isn't any faster. It's just depressing. Also, I'm right there with you on the college life. You'll have to stick to the cheap hard stuff. I can see it now. Hey, you wanna go out with us tonight? No, I'm saving up for Webers and Bilsteins (Cries and goes back to OPPO)

Are you sure you can keep your factory warranty if you buy all those Boss internals? And I agree that it would make more sense to sell the GT for a Boss, but if its your baby ignore it. I keep getting told to sell my V6 instead of swapping in a 5.0, but god damnit I've had the car for 5 years and have so much money into it, I'm going to keep it. And besides, how many 05-09's do you see with a Coyote.

What is the Cortex Racing kit? I've never heard of those. And I have the D-Forces as my track tires, and they are so freaking awesome. Lighter than my street wheels (2010 GT500 clones) with more tire (285's).

Interesting never seen them before. Whenever I upgrade to coil overs from my Koni yellow's, I'm probably going to follow the Vorshlag build and go with their C&C plates as well as the MCR double adjustable coilovers. And that Watt's link is interesting with the adjustable diff mount. I saw some guy make his own version of that adjustability plate recently in a Mustang track group.
